EM electrical is a superior group. They maintain their schedule, keep you posted all the way through the entire house generator installation. Absolutely would recommend this group of professionals. Russ certainly goes above and beyond for the client.

Moved to Sussex county a few years ago and have dealt or contacted many contractors.. I can name one company that stands out andhas given me the service I'd hoped for and expected.. EM Electrical Contractors.. from sales to staff to service and quality work I would absolutely recommend. Them for all your electrical needs!! A company that does what they promise, on time, on point!! 5 stars from myself and family..

EM electrical just completed the installation of our new standby generator. The entire team did a fantastic job! Russ Virgillo was the project manager and was awesome to work with. Russ walked me through the process from start to finish, and was always available and super responsive. I couldn't have asked for better project manager. The installation team was amazing and exceeded my expectations. They they were on time, super friendly, super careful, and incredibly knowledgeable. If anyone is looking to install a standby generator for their home, there is only one company to go with; that is EM Electrical.

You could get a generator from another company, I'm just not sure why you would want to. My recent experience could not have been better. Starting with Russ who explained everything thoroughly and took the time to understand our needs. Tracey in the office who was in constant contact with scheduling and billing. Their installation team was courteous, conscientious, and professional. Russ explained step by step what would happen, stayed in constant communication with me the entire time, and was there personally for the final inspection from the town.I can't recommend them enough, and am planning on having some lighting work done by them soon as well. You'll have a great team to work with at EM Electrical Contractors!

My husband and I were so pleased with the professional, knowledgeable and caring employees at EM Electrical Contractors. Russ was our first contact when requesting an estimate for a full house generator and he couldn't have been more kind, understanding and especially caring person. He kept us informed through-out the entire process. All the other employees that came to do the wiring, installation and setup as well as the office employees were just as knowledgeable, kind and caring.We highly recommend this company and look forward to using them in the future for other electrical needs.Thank you so much for the great work EM Electrical Contractors!
